Sam was born and raised in the Greater New Orleans area. After attending Ridgewood Preparatory School, he graduated from Louisiana State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in History. Sam remained in Baton Rouge and graduated from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2021 with his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law. Sam’s civil litigation career first began with his representation of homeowners affected by Hurricane Ida. Sam also gained invaluable experience defending insurance companies in similar litigation prior to joining Irpino, Avin & Hawkins.
Since joining Irpino, Avin & Hawkins, Sam has focused his efforts on the representation of individuals in both personal injury and property damage matters, including: automobile accidents, hurricane storm damage claims, premises liability and product liability. Sam is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana.
