New Orleans Civil Plaintiff Lawyer

Irpino, Avin & Hawkins Law Firm is an independent, full-service law firm serving all of Louisiana from our office in New Orleans. We are proud of our 15 years of service, but more than that, we are proud to stand for client service. Our objective is to make a real difference in clients’ lives and offer significant help to those who have been injured. By offering legal advice, support and representation, we can help clients pursue compensation for injuries.

Irpino, Avin & Hawkins Law Firm specializes in personal injury and property damage claims, but we also have extensive experience in organizational claims, including:

Necrotizing Enterocolitis (“NEC”) Injuries – Baby Formula

Irpino Law Firm is pursuing Enfamil and Similac baby formula lawsuits for premature babies who suffered necrotizing enterocolitis (“NEC”). Recent science, including government back studies, suggest that cow’s milk-based formulas put premature babies at a higher risk of developing NEC. Attorney Pearl Robertson is on the leadership committee for the MDL centralized in the Northern District of Illinois. Irpino Law Firm is accepting cases from all 50 states.

Camp Lejuene – Contaminated Water Exposure

We are presently accepting potential cases related to water contamination exposure at the Camp Lejuene Marine Corps Base Camp in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Recently, the Government passed the Camp Lejeune Justice Act permitting lawsuits to go forward on the behalf of service members, their families, and civilian workers for those exposed to contaminated water from two of the eight wells at the North Carolina Base.

CPAP Device – Economic Loss

Around April 2021, Philips Respironics recalled certain CPAP breathing machines due to product defects that included deterioration of the internal foam. Irpino Law Firm is actively involved in the MDL lawsuit as members of the Discovery Committee.

Opioid Litigation – Public Nuisance

The Opioid Litigation was first consolidated into an MDL in 2017. Since that time, Anthony Irpino and Pearl Robertson have been active contributors to the MDL litigation, including participation on certain Trial Teams. Further, Irpino and Robertson have worked with and for a number of State AG’s in their pursuit of abatement remedies for the public nuisance caused by defendants.
